When someone furious walks into a room, you can bet that most people will intuitively stay clear - they can feel him before he says a single word. The same goes with someone who walks into a room who is genuinely happy - she’s a magnet and people will literally be compelled to engage with her. When someone is trying to be something she’s not, people will intuitively keep energetic distance from her because something about her isn’t trustable. Someone who is so genuinely himself - no false pretense, no mask of insecurity or ego - sends a crystal clean signal of authenticity and trust.

We know this very well on a personal level. Our true loves and our lifelong friends share and complement our energetic frequency - they feel really good to us. The people we just never get along with? Not so much. We even use energetic terms to describe how we relate: “I really like his vibe.” “We’re just not on the same wavelength.” “I totally resonate with what you’re saying.”

So if it’s true that forever-relationships happen only when genuine resonance is present, then why wouldn’t we build brands and businesses from the same place of truth?
